Prohibited Files

• Exploitation of Children:
  It is strictly prohibited to upload any content that sexually exploits children (minors) or contains any sexual insinuation or abuse towards them, whether it be images, videos, or any other type of files.
Up4ever is committed to cooperating with all legal authorities in case of any investigation. You may be legally pursued if you violate this provision.

• Pornography:
  It is strictly forbidden to upload any pornographic or sexual content, including images, videos, or any files of a similar nature.
• Intellectual Property Rights:
  Uploading any content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrighted material, is prohibited. Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others. Your file will be deleted if there is a claim to remove content that violates this policy.
• Religious Offense:
  It is prohibited to upload any content that offends Islam or any other divine religion.
• Attacking Individuals or Governments:
  It is forbidden to upload any content that attacks individuals, governments, or insults any entity.
• Viruses:
  Uploading any files containing viruses or harmful content is prohibited.

Earnings from the Site

• An Account is Required for Earnings:
  You must have an account on Up4ever to earn from your files.
• Prohibition of Statistics Manipulation:
  Your account will be banned if you attempt to manipulate download statistics, such as downloading your own files or using programs to change IP addresses to increase earnings. Download exchanges within groups or performing fake downloads are also prohibited.
• Earnings Calculation Conditions:
  Earnings are only calculated when the file is 100% downloaded. Repeated downloads from the same device more than 3 times a day are not counted. Downloads that use ad-blockers are also not counted.
• File Deletion Upon Payment Request:
  If you have a pending payment request, deleting files is prohibited until the payment is reviewed by the site administrators.

• File Loss:
  Up4ever is not responsible for your uploaded files, nor for any loss that may occur to them for any reason, whether due to site malfunction or loss. We do not take any responsibility for this in any way.
• Responsibility for Uploaded Content:
  The site is not responsible for the uploaded files, as users bear full responsibility for the content they publish. In the event of any investigation or legal action, the file owners are responsible for their files.
